Love the trend of high-end jewelers introducing e-commerce!), and I came across this heart-cut diamond ring. Tacky and a bit childish, no? I can imagine this being a cute gesture if it were an over-the-top, fun costume jewelry piece, but a $20,000-plus diamond - eeck - give me a round or an emerald cut diamond, please! That said, couldn"t you totally see someone like Mariah Carey going gaga over this piece?? Bulgari is known for using the heart motif fairly frequently and while even on a necklace I"m not a fan, the ring just takes it to a new level in my opinion. What do you think? Snob or Slob?
